With over 30 years of specialised experience we provide advice and representation on Mental Health issues.

We are members of the Law Society's Mental Health Accreditation Scheme.

We hold a Legal Aid Agency Mental Health Contract which means that we are able to provide free advice and representation up to and including Mental Health Review Tribunals.

We also represent patients at Managers Hearings where their compulsory detention in hospital is challenged.

We are able to travel to any location or hospital in the North of England.

We provide our clients with individual care, support and objective advice to ensure that they can express and exercise their own rights and independence.
