Lucy joined the Private client department of Meikles in April 2023, having qualified as a Solicitor in 2006. Lucy specialises in Wills, Trusts, Probate, including intestate estates, Court of Protection matters, including Deputy appointments and Statutory Wills as well as Powers of Attorney. Lucy is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and can advise on a range of matters from the simple to the more complex in relation to succession and estate planning and associated issues for a broad range of clients. Lucy is also an Associate Solicitor for Solicitors for the Elderly.
