Hayley is a Paralegal and a member of our Family Law Department.
Hayley started her Career in Law in 2007 and has gathered almost 20 years’ experience in Public Law Proceedings, Private Children matters and Ancillary Relief (amongst other areas of Law).
Hayley works each day with our Head of Family Law, Mr Chris Kyle and from him has gathered extensive experience in the abovementioned fields.
Hayley has a wealth of experience in dealing with Public Law Outline Meetings. Her knowledge of every stage of proceedings best places her to first at hand to all clients that are going through Family Law matters. Hayley also has invaluable expertise and knowledge of Legal Aid and the tests that must be met to ensure that clients can achieve public funding where possible.
